Frontline Towing & Recovery – Johnstown, Colorado

My granddaughter is learning to drive and ended up in a ditch on the road to Boyd Lake. I have roadside assistance with my insurance which is great but you are left hoping that your insurance sends good help. Today they sent [Frontline Towing]! I wish I could give 100 stars. I am horrible with names but the young gentleman that pulled us out was not only professional and knowledgeable but truly one of the nicest human beings I have met in a long time. After getting us roadside, he had us follow him to a safe parking area and checked my van over for damage and tried to fix the rear bumper that had pulled loose. He offered to get his tools out and see what he could do but I declined since he had already done so much for us.

Really appreciated how communicative he was and pricing was reasonable! Called him while stuck on I25 and he was there in 20 minutes. Super reliable! Bonus Thomas is super nice and really helpful. Company won’t disappoint 😊

Blew a tire on i25 coming out of Denver setup a road side service and Tom was on the job. Fast response for it being 12am. He knew what he was doing loading a modified lowered car. Smooth ride 94 miles back to Wy. Friendly, Cool guy and great music taste. Thanks again for helping me out when I was in a pinch. 100 % recommend and definitely will be my go to for any sort of towing in the near future.

Called Frontline towing to have my vehicle towed. Very professional. Needed my car picked up at 8am and the driver was there on time. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid. No hidden charges or fees. Would definitely recommend

The driver went out of his way to stop and help us when we needed help! We were broke down and he pulled up behind us with lights on for safety. He popped our hood and checked our engine and noticed a battery terminal popped off. He got the car started, followed us to a parking lot tightened the terminal and sent us on our way. No charge, just kindness.

So my car decided to die on me in the middle of nowhere--fun times! Thankfully, I found Frontline Towing And Recovery and they were absolute lifesavers. The guy who showed up was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Got my battery jumped in no time and even gave me a few tips to avoid it happening again. Thomas was very polite, he called me right away and found out where I was because the insurance company had the wrong the location to start with and he showed up in like 10 minutes, thank God because I was freezing, he had to pull my car back and he was very careful and didn’t mess my car up. I definitely will be calling Frontline towing and requesting Thomas for my next tow.
